What to Post

First off, this is meant to be a fun sharing and scaring of anything monsters. It’s a way for everyone to connect with group members on other areas of social media. It is not a self-advertising exercise. Please do not post links to stores to buy your own stuff (books, movies, artwork, etc.). You can post buy links to other people’s stuff. If you’re not sure what to post, below are some suggestions, or contact Wendy here or via Messenger on Facebook.

  • Choose a monster, write a short post about it that invokes conversation, and include a picture, gif, video, link to an article, etc.
  • Post a link to a Facebook like page or group you frequently visit and that is associated with monsters. Click here for an example.
  • Find an interesting video (YouTube, Vimeo) related to a monster and post a link to it with a few words about what you like.
  • Post an artistic piece you or someone else created and tell about it or ask a question that starts a discussion. Click here for an example.
  • Share a funny or terrifying real-life experience with someone in a monster costume around Halloween.
  • Post pictures of the horrific decorations you display annually. Repeats of the decoration contest welcome.
  • Post a photo and link to a blog post you or someone else wrote about a monster. Click here for an example.
  • Try a link to an old blog post about monster movies you love. Click here for an example.

You get the idea.
